Flight cancelled due to covid19 on APRIL 28th, 2020
this is really very bad & worst service am ever facing from VIA, i have sent many mails from past 2 months, till now not even a single reply from VIA (EZIX TRAVELS), i tried reaching customer care but even after waiting for an hour to connect the call, but will never connect, am not able to answer the customer here, he spoke to Air Asia customer care where they have told him that its been refunded on 9th JULY 2020, customer isn't listening to my request,
