[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Haven't received the credit shell though it has refunded by the Airline | |
I booked a flight for Kolkata from Bangalore on 19th April and my PNR No. Is XCS5TR but it got canceled due to Covid regulations, it's been 8 months now and I haven't received the credit shell yet though as per the airlines they have refunded the amount, Via.com customer care service doesn't reply to phone calls or emails at all. I want my credit shell back, please help.
