Hi care I have been trying to reach out to you guys for the last one month. Kindly help resolve the issue. I had booked the tickets from bangalore to istanbul for 15th april 2020, due to lockdown this was postponed to 3rd june 2020 which again couldn't happen as no international flights are happening. The amount is not small, kindly look into this matter and get this sorted Find below the tickets for the same After mailing for this for the last 2 months no response or refund processed It's pathetic to see how you ppl donot have a proper support to reachout also.
