[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Not received PNR for Booking ID FMNAA3D4JOJUI

I booked a ticket on Dt. 30/08/2020. But till now did not receive the PNR for the booking reference No. FMNAA3D4JOJUI. now I am in distress whether my booking amount will be returned or the booking will be done successfully. I am concerned about my planed travel now. Since last 3 days I called customer care numbers uncounted number of times, written to their mail numerous times but to no avail. Not even they are picking up the phone.
