[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Not refunding cancelled flight amount

Dear whoever is concerned

Via.com is not responding to emails sent. Their customer care number isn't responding even. Flights have been cancelled due to the current covid-19 scenario and the airline (indigo) has informed that they have issued refund. The Via customer care doesn't bother to respond to emails even, so we can know how the refunds will be processed back to me.
