Hi, i have been contacting with via.com sg customer service for few months but i haven’t got the refund to my bank account.
They said it will be refunded after 30 business day but after that no one response my email and no refund.
And also i tried to call sg cs team but the number on the website is no longer use and also cs head office in india, no response too.
It is really bad customer service and make me frustrated.
