I had booked a ticket on 22nd may 2020 for 8th june 2020 against booking id number fmnaa3c7ewgr1. But before the travel date i got a message that the flight is cancelled due to flight non operational. And i had to cancel my travel. I have been following up via email at [protected]@via.com and have already sent more than 10 mails by now, but still no responce on the refund.
Who is responsible to return the refund. I have paid the booking amount to via.com than why a customer shall wait for airlines to first pay back to via.com and than the customer will get. Please help in resolving the issue at the earliest. Its been more than a month now. Its like harassing a customer by fisrt allowing to book the ticket and than flight cancelled and customer now fight around for the refund. Moreover the customer care number is just pethatic. Nobody bothers to take the call and asked to be in q for hours. Its really disappointing when such response is faced. Was this information helpful? |
Com anymore ..you all just harassed people when all of was required to support each other by any means but you all guys just took enough advantage of the pendamic ..I have not died without the money but you all guys have survived with our money ..
