I have booked my two tickets through via.com/flightraja tfavels, PNR of same is QMRSRQ and Z16JP. Refund amount has not been received yet after passes of more then 2 months. Neither inormation nor any intimation has been received from via.com regarding refund. Request to kindly return my refund amount please.
