[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund for cancelled. flight | |
I had booked flight from bangalore to cochin on 28 apr 2019.'the airlines have cancelled the said flight and they have initiated the refund to via.com on 12 april itself. However i have not recieved refund from your side. It is highly objectionable that even after one week the amount is pending from your side. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with the escalation matrix inorder to take up the matter Was this information helpful? | |
