[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund for tickets affected due to covid-19

This is the most pathetic travel agent i have ever booked through. I have been trying to call them every day for almost an hour but there is no response. "all our travel consultants are busy talking to other customers" is the reply you hear while on call. I don't think so there is anyone taking this seriously. I have been dropping them an email every day. There is no response. Where is my hard earned money?
I wanted to book a new ticket and utilize my credit shell but i can't do that from the airlines directly as they say that the pnr was not found in their records. Please contact the travel agency. I am not sure if the money can be refunded or at least they can reply back and clarify the new bookings.
