[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of cancelled ticket due to date change

I booked flight ticket with details : booking id : fmnaa38m8fibh
Booked on : 28 nov 2019 11:26 am. While booking mumbai to delhi and delhi to mumbai... One way journey ticket got confirmed and ticket of reverse journey got cancelled due to date change... I requested them for refund. They didn't reply. So how can complaint in consumer court. Please let me know.
