[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund of flight cancellation fee during Lockdown period

Dear sir/madam

I am a. S. Arunachalam from chennai. I booked tickets from chennai to port blair in march 10 (9 tickets) through via.com in the journey date 10may 2020 return tickets on 13 may 2020.
My one is zi9tkp
Due to covid-19 government gives lockdown from 25 th march so that i cancelled the tickets through via.com on 10 april 2020.
In connection the cancellation you are not given any response. I get status from indigo they informed to conduct you.
Kindly respond me what to do to get the refund of cancellation fee (Full amount 76000)
I am in bad condition. Give me the correct direction.
