Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of indigo flight cancelled during lock down period

I was booked a flight ticket through via.com pnr is jh51rc in month of april, due to lock down the indigo flight was cancelled. I called the indigo airlines regarding refund, but they said refunded to via.com booking agency. Till now they are not refunded the money and not responding. Please help me in this regard.
