Dear sir it has been 3 months since i am waiting for my refund of rs 65000/- and until now i have not got my refund or any emails regarding my refund..my flight got cancelled by the airlines but after that i tried to contact via.com no one is responding the call..request you to refund my money as i am facing financial issues during this period of covid 19.
