[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of the failed transaction for flight booking

I had booked a flight through via.com on 14th may, 2018 and the transaction got terminated and the money was deducted from my account. I had registered complaint to both the bank and via.com but both are telling me that there is a mistake from the other side. Moreover the via.com is giving me date upon date for the refund and telling me to send the bank statement after the period given. When i mail the statement they gave me the excuse about the wrong bank statement. Kindly help me in solving this
