[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Regarding the refund

Hi team
I booked a ticket for 24th march (Fmnaa3bjswthm)
But due to lockdown my flight got cancelled, and airlines issue the partial refund to booking partner, i. E. Via.com.
When i asked for the refund to via.com, they asked for the confirmation mail of airlines, i provided the same.
But its been almost 3 months, but neither they provided the refund nor update me about the issue.
