[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — ticket cancelled but refund not processed

Dear sir,

I have booked a spicejet flight sg 3783 from ahmedabad - udaipur dated 06-jun-2020 through via (Having ebixcash franchise) and my frag id - frag5920109, but spice jet has cancelled the flight.

Flight ticket cancelled with spicejet airline. They have processed the refund also.

I have also cancelled the ticket on via portal.

Details are as follows

1. Flight ticket copy
2. Spice jet cancellation confirmation
3. Information received by spicejet for flight cancellation

Still i have not received my refund amount as spicejet airlines has already initiated refund amount to via on 7th july 2020.

I have called so many times to given number of via but there is no response as well as no response of mail.

I am holding lines upto half an hour but there is no response.

Please do the needful and refund the amount at the earliest.
