Dear Team, I had booked a ticket on 3rd Nov2015 with Via.com for Air India(Mumbai-Mangalore). ref : FMN1HEC0JVQ
As it was an emergency case, the ticket was booked 3 hrs prior flight.
We reached the domestic airport 50 min prior flight time but were told to go to International Terminal as Air India departs from T2.
When we reached T2, we were not given Boarding pass as we were 5 min late.
Had the ticket mentioned of the correct terminal, we would not be late and would have reached the destination on time. The Airline termed it as no show and cancelled the ticket.
We couldnot reach the destination + our money approx 5800 were lost.
I sent several mails to the National carrier and via.com, but no positive response, so approaching your team.
Please help me getting my money back.
