Hi All,
I have booked flight round trip from Delhi to kolkata, it Cost me around 9571. But due to some problem, I have to cancel my ticket. I was shocked to hear that the cancellation charge is 50% approx of what I have paid. While discussing with Via representative, he said that they have only charge 200 and the others being charged by the airlines.
I have a questions, if we are being charged by the airlines then there is no use of booking flight with VIA. They are of no use we can book ticket directly with the airlines company. I am fully dissatisfied with the Service of Via. Will recommend not to book any thing with VIA.

Via.com / Flightraja Travels Customer Care's response Dear Sujit,

Sorry for the experience, the cancellation charges are as per the Airline cancellation policy, we do not have any control over it. As per our policy, we charge Rs.200 as Via cancellation charges.
