Via.com — Refund is not received

I have booked a flight by via.com website on 23rd Jan. The booking got aborted in their website but my money got deducted. I called the website to refund my money. They said it takes 7 days initial and then they said it takes 15 days. I believe that if the booking is not confirmed abd money is deducted it hardly takes 24 hours to come back to the paid account. I haven't received my money till now the amount was 3308. I need my money back. In this situations If they keep our money for their websites fault then that's not fair. I believe that I can seek some help and get my money back soon.
