Via.com — refund of cancel ticket due to airline

Sir my flight as on 30 may 2020 from jammu to udaipur booking id fmnla3c83rd4i.
But delhi to udaipur (31 may 2020) connecting flight cancel due to airline. After that i cancel my flight ticket. (Copy attached)
But no refund in my account as on date.
Whats my fault on this reason flight has cancel so please i want refund of my ticket. My pnr number is m4cn3b. (Copy attach)
