[Resolved] Via.com — via.com not refunding my ticket & poor response time | |||||
Due to unforeseen circumstances of the corona virus affecting the flights globally, i had cancelled my flight 1 month prior to the date of departure. During this time via.com had mentioned that processing time takes 30 days. Upon checking again they have mentioned that airlines had not provided them with any feedback and normal processing time is 30-45 days. On the 41th day of constantly sending them email i had showed them that the designated airlines processes refunds within a matter of 2 weeks, however, they have poorly followed up with the matter. They responded that the processing time takes 3 months. They even said at one point that refund will be refunded into a voucher on their website to my account even though i have never registered and will most likely never ever use their services again. Every time that i received an update they would extend the processing time. It has been over 3 months now and i have not received my refund. Also, they have not been responding to my email now for over 1 week time now. I will never use their services ever again and very disappointed with the customer service Was this information helpful? | |||||
