I have got the information after i requested to cancel the booking no. FMNSG101Q8JJVR ( Flight TG-408 From Singapore to Bangkok costed 368 SGD for 2 persons)

Before Departure

Airline Charges : 170 SGD Per Passenger
Via Charges : 25 SGD Per Passenger

My question is the ticket costed 368 SGD total for 2 person and this ticket is REFUNDABLE. Why does the charges are 170+25 SGD? It is higher than the ticket price. It seems not to be fair and correct for my opinion. Please verify and advise my mail is [protected]@hotmail.com
