I have booked Air ticket with reference number FMNLA33M501CU and got the ticket cancelled due to personal issues.
Since September 26 2019 I'm following with via agents for the refund and shared the bank details along with cancelled cheque for this refund.
No other online merchants do ask for bank details as they capture the details of bank from where transactions is been made.
everytime I speak to via agents they have one answer is that it will be processed in 48 hrs.
