[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — add on passenger christian name on the ticket | |
I have booked tickets online thru via.com and one of my passenger name i forgot to add in his christian name and immediately i email to them at sg support via.com and they told me the airline doesn’t allow to do amendment on it and i called the china airlines to check it out they told me they did not receive any email or calls from via.com. Via.com is not helping me at all and giving me such lame excuse just to earn my money, this is the first time i booked thru via.com and have experienced such bad service in my life, there singapore contacts are not contactable at all and i need to wait so long for their response thru email. Normally just add on a passenger christian name can be done thru any airline is just that there may be a charge but the staff are not helping at all! What can i do? Please advice

Even calling so many times on via.com customer care there r not answering and always putting in hold
Nobody has a duty to reply on indefinite complaint, on document without ID of addressee or of the originator.
If you did not get the compensation or the refund within 7 days, kindly
1. Attach: PNR or INVOICE or receipt, which state the sums and currency, ID of the air carrier and travel agent.
2. Specify:
have the air carrier or travel agent provided you with
- the nearest alternative flight till final airport within 7 days, following your complaint to them.
3. Keep and show copies of your own complain and reply, if given.
Probably, you need "to go to the court", if you need compensation in full.
For such type of dispute regarding the full compensation for 1 passenger, you can expect to hire the lawyer or a legal professional, charges from from Rs 4000, to assist you before the court.
The fair court shall award full compensation (max 20000) and the reasonable expenses, which incurred.
