Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund of tickets after flight cancellation

Please see that flight is cancelled by Singapore Airlines itself.
I want to get refund for my ticket please - Ticket Number :[protected]/22

I AM NOT Getting any reply ON CUSTOMER CARE number, have tried many times and kept on hold for up to 40 minutes.
There is no option to reach customer care by phone as phone is never answered and mails are not responded to either.

Please help me to get refund for my return Air tickets form Pune to Australia for 2 passengers booked for 29th Aug, 2020. Ticket Number :[protected]/22
