Dear sir, We had booked hotel at gulmarg thru website via.com booking id: Fmn1p1oyhlz on[protected] for the date of[protected]. At the time of booking they were showing the option to use summersale code to get the discount on booking, i had seen the discount of rs. 6500 but when i made payment thru net banking they deducted complete amount (Without discount of rs. 6500/-) when i given a compliant over mail they are refuse to accept. I booked a round trip ticket, till entering of Card Information, it was showing total price Rs. 8356, but final payment they deducted Rs. 9046. Very cheating and Fraud oriented behavior by website. If it was so, why company not displaying correct amount while customer enter card information.
