Viacom Solutions — I'm complaining about recruitment of job

I'm aayush. I received a call from [protected] as they are from recruiting for hcl for the post of hr manager. I webt to mohail, phase 2, viacom solution office for interview. There i submitted 3000 rs as a refundable amount which is refunded after training which is organised by hcl. They give me call in 15 days after interview. But i didn't receive any call. Now i want my refundable amount.
