I had opted for skin and hair treatment for which i have selected emi as the payment mode on 30sep at vibes madhapur, hyderabad. On 1st oct i have informed the center head to cancel this as i am not ready to take the treatment and not in a position to pay the amount. The centre head said she will initiate the process however not heard anything till now. The total amount was 33000 approx. Which is a big amount for me. Hence, i informed the next day that i want to cancel this. The service has not yet started. The capital float had disbursed the amount yesterday but the area head misguided me stating the loan was disbursed on the same day. Also, the sales representative pushes hard to customer to ho fir the treatment they don't even give time to think. Even after this amount the representative was pushing me to take 2 more sessions which is very annoying. I understand the policy however there are genuine cases which should be considered when the customer is saying that we cannot afford the treatment and the sessions have not started yet.
