Upon careful review of your case, we have determined that you have received all the services that were promised to you by VIBES, and that our team has diligently followed all the protocols and procedures in providing you with the services you signed up for. Further, our machines are of the best quality and undergo a strict periodic quality check.
We understand that you may not have obtained the desired results from the services we provided, but we would like to assure you that we have provided the services with the utmost care and professionalism. Kindly note that every body / skin type is different and in view of the same, our procedures work differently on different people and no uniform results on different people can be generated and the same was duly explained to you. Only after understanding and acknowledging the same, you paid the fee for the services.
