Vibes Healthcare — Failed Laser treatment,hair growth come on lower face and neck after treatment

I have taken full body with 3 extra sessions laser treatment from Vibes sliming centre kalyani Nagar Pune in March 2019 costing 70 thousand rupees.

During counselling, they have thourghly checked my body parts for type of hair growth and asked me my case history, and came on conclusion that i have reverse hair growth due medication of hairfall treatment which i did in past.

I went to gync to check if i have any hormonal imbalance or PCOD, as due to this issues Laser is not that effective.

When my laser sessions were started, it is very shocking that every time they have different person to take the sessions, i complaint about the same.

Also after 5 full body laser sessions i dint see any great change in my hair growth, i reported same to the Vibes Representative. She told me keep passions you still have 2 full-body sessions are remaining.

I had last laser session in February. After that we hit COVID-19 lockdown. But i suddenly start seeing hair growth on new areas or my lower face and Neck, i contacted same Vibes representative in June and shared my Photos with her, she told me you can come down after June 1st as we are opening slowly and Doctor told that this will go off as it dont seem Hormonals growth however we need to check how the technician is providing sessions.

But unfortunately i dint receive any call or follow-up, i again contacted these guys in October, again told my pathetic situation to another representative, she again asked to share the pics, i did the same.

She gave me appointment of Friday 16 oct.

On 14th she called me again and told that their Laser prob went faulty, and laser session wont be possible, i told that i am coming down to pune just for the session so tell me tentative dates, she was very arrogant and told i dont know, and then i said see you guys have made face more ugly rather than helping me to reduce hair.

She told i am just a mediator between you and doctor and doctor said this hair growth is due to harmonal issue.

First of all, she is not mediator, she is Vibes representative for me, Same Vibes institute to whom i gave 70 k, to reduce my hair growth, which dint happen atall instead i have got beard o my fce and neck

On top of that these guys dont bother about customer issue, if customer is getting furious, it is because of your false promises and no follow-ups on Customer situation.

They just bother till bill payment.

These guys are not in sync on customer issues, each of them have different update for me in my case, when we highlight they say i dont know what other person said.

Very unprofessional service, they only work on money part, they dont bother if a customer is getting advantage from their services.

I am feeling cheating with false promises and these guys led me in worse situation then before.

With no regrets and help.

I want my money back with compensation of hair growth on new parts after laser.
