Vibes Healthcare — my elderly mother accident at vibes banjara hills premises after the appointment

My elderly mother aged above 70 years had fell of the chair in an accident after her pedicure appointment at vibes Banjara Hills premises on 4th July 2019 was taken to the hospital in an ambulance by my 82 years father . She undergoing surgery today following the incident for hip and left leg due to the incident at your premises on 4tg July 2019 at 12pm appointment. The staff are trying their best to cover up the negligence and breach of care of wh&s for the elderly clients considering the aged and condition of my mother
Would really help if you could help the elderly couple at this time of trauma and distress

I sent several emails and customer service officer who was not only rude but unsympathetic to the incident and condition and state of my elderly mother and 82 years father
