Vibes Healthcare — need to be more polite and should be more responsible

I am availing weight loss programm in kankurgachi center... If i need to cancel any appounment then i prefer to call my dieticien but she perhap recievs the call,, there are so many things regarding our daily diet we need to discuss with my dieticien but she never recieve my call or even never call me back... Thats awful... Staffs should be more proffessional and responsible towards their clients... Its becoming very problematic that im not getting properly contacted by u ppl... If i need to contact u,, its ringing... No one rcvs the call...

I went to alwarpet branch..I was forced to pay deposit amount for prp and stem cell treatment..literally forcing and not allowing to go back..I want my money back
