Vibes Healthcare — record books of customers are not kept properly even if the treatments are not yet finished | |
Record book of customers are misplaced and the staffs deny to give the treatment by saying that your treatment already got over. If you ask for the book, they will say corporate took all the old books. What is this behavior. One or the other staff will say that he will take care but next time when you go that particular individual would have left vibes. This is ridiculous. Please suggest how to tackle the problem.
