Vibes Healthcare — record books of customers are not kept properly even if the treatments are not yet finished

Record book of customers are misplaced and the staffs deny to give the treatment by saying that your treatment already got over. If you ask for the book, they will say corporate took all the old books. What is this behavior. One or the other staff will say that he will take care but next time when you go that particular individual would have left vibes. This is ridiculous. Please suggest how to tackle the problem.

Updated by Niki Nikita Mar 18, 2018 When i started the treatment that time i was assured that i would be given complementary services and they did not keep a record of that and i blindly trusted them, but now the manager changed and they are saying its not mentioned in the record we cannot provide you the services. How the hell customers will know what to make a note and what not to? If cuatomers are paying big amounts for treatments why they will ask for complementary treatment by their own. This condition of vibes is very disappointing.
