Vibes Healthcare — Refund Denial and No acknowledgement to the complaint

Hi There,
On 19th of Aug, 2020 I visited Vibes Centre Indiranagar and Mr.Haseeb Ali explained me about the treatment i.e skin tightening. I agreed and I was ready to take 3 sessions for trial but he insisted me to get 10 sessions instead without explaining me about their refund policy initially. I doubted that, I would require that many sessions and was not ready to pay for 10 sessions (INR.25, 000) in advance but he assured me by guaranteeing that my money is in safe and right place and if required he will refund 100% of the amount. After he gave me assurance I agreed to pay in advance and paid in full for the treatment but when I got the receipt after the payment was done, it mentioned that the money cannot be refunded once paid.
I got concerned and asked Mr. Haseeb Ali regarding the same but he gave me same answer that my money is in safe hands and he will refund if required.

After 4 sessions I started feeling pain in my bones during the session and could only do 2 more sessions. So, out of 10 paid sessions I used only 6 sessions. The person who was performing the treatment for me (Radha), told, there is nothing to be done and hence that is the reason my body is reacting that way and no more sessions are required. I trusted the lady's words and took a break after that because of my health issues.

On 08th Day of November, 2020 I returned to Vibes Centre, Indiranagar and spoke to Mr. Haseeb Ali regarding the refund for rest of the sessions since there were no sessions required and that time, he told me there is no refund policy. I was shocked and reminded him what he had promised me, so I asked his Manager's number/Concerned person's phone number or email address which he refused to give me at that time and told me he himself will talk to his senior regarding the refund.

I had to call him every day and ask about the update if he has spoken to his Manager. He would say he had already spoken to the concerned person and already sent an email regarding the same. When I asked him to forward a copy of email, he has written to his senior he said he will forward it to me but after asking him end number of times he still hasn't sent it to me.
I visited the Centre again on 18th of November and he told me that his senior will be visiting Bangalore in the first week of December and asked me to wait till then. As I waited till first week of December, I did not get any update from him and called him again, this time he gave me the email address 'Idn.[protected]@vibes.co.in' and told me that his Manager is not travelling due to the current pandemic situation. Isn't it his responsibility to tell me?
Anyway, I emailed to the email address provided but there was no acknowledgement from anyone.
I called Mr.Haseeb Ali and from this time he started ignoring my calls.
I called from my Husband's number and he picked up the call at once and told me that his senior is in the town and still hasn't visited Indiranagar Centre.
After all these I came to realize he is been lying to me all this while and anyone could have lost the patience after waiting for more than a month with no clarity.
On 16th December I called Asha (the dietician) at Vibes, Indiranagar and asked her when her manager will be visiting the Centre, she replied, she visited on 26th of November and will be visiting again on last week of December 2020.

Everything was clear that I was cheated by Mr. Haseeb Ali and Vibes he is feeding me with all the lies, all these times.

1.The sessions were purposely overcalculated insisting me to pay for all the sessions in advance making all the false promises
2. They are refusing to refund my rest of the amount which I have not used or is not required for the sessions.
2. If it was mis calculated and I was asked to pay for more sessions, they are liable to take the responsibility and accept their mistake and refund my money
3. I am not bearing the cost for Mr.Ali's and Vibes's mistake and he should be held liable for it being a consultant

I visited Vibes Centre, Indiranagar on 16th of December with my husband, after what Asha (the dieticien) had told me and till then there was no update or no reply to my email.
We asked the Manager's number and still Mr. Ali was not ready to share her number.
We had a discussion since I caught his lie and when asked about the email which was sent to his senior more than a month ago, he said he is unable to find. We checked the reviews on the internet and got to know it is their normal practice to cheat and deceive people till they get the money in their hands.
We both left by warning them that we shall take Legal action for cheating innocent people.

After we insisted so many times Mr. Ali called his Manager Sumeeta and she was unprofessional, ignorant and not willing to listen to my request even after knowing it's their fault.
Instead she told me the refund is only possible if they have no service to provide to the customer which I told her, is exactly my case. There is no service that they can provide to me and I paid for extra sessions insisted by Haseeb and hence as per their policy I should get the refund .

Also, given an opportunity to talk to these people I can prove their policy is not legitimate regardless of what is written on the bill.
It is not only about my money but these kinds of frauds will continue cheating innocent people accumulating to millions of rupees if no action is been taken, thinking nobody will file a complaint for few thousand of rupees.

Adding to the above issue these people at Vibes has mentally harassed me by asking me to write good review about them in 'Google', by asking my friends and relative number for reference continuously even after I told them I don't have any.
They used to check on me by asking me after every 10-15 minutes
to invest more money for other types of treatments which I am not interested in. They hounded on me to get more money and that made me mentally sick or even step on their Centre.

Police complaint was filed and I had to go police station 6 times to check on the case update because even after called by the police they did not bother to come by which resulted wastage of my time, petrol, and Loss of pay at work.
Also, Haseeb Ali accepted at the police station that he did not or rather would not tell any of the customers about any of the policies including the refund policy before a customer makes the payment.A copy is attached with this complaint.
Please take necessary action.
