Vibes Healthcare — Regarding the denials of treatment services after purchasing the full package | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I want to logde a complain regarding a laser treatment package I booked at Vibes, Siliguri Branch, West Bengal. Since when I hv made a purchase o[censored]nderarms laser treatment package, the incharge there keeps denying with different excuses all the time like no beautician, no empty slots, parlor closed, etc. Then once I complained them for the same that all the time they keep denying, so they gave me one laser session n I was asked to come for 2nd session after 21 days. 2 months almost has passed they are again denying to give services saying machine is under repair since 2 months. I had taken 1 treatment session n as of no machine I as suffering with loss of regular treatment session due to which I won't get the promised results for the same till the end of sessions. Will the company bear the loss for their denials or will give me all 7 sessions on regular basis . Will the company adjust the one session I took to cover the gaps of these denial months? Or there is this rule that customers get all time excuses n denials after purchasing big packages. As a renowned brand, I never expected this attitude from Vibes team. Lastly I requested the incharge on call to connect me with their manager to sort out the problem but they didn't revert back. Hoping for a earliest n positive response from the Vibes team shortly.
