Vibes — Kukatpally Hyderabad branch - not receiving treatment after paying money

Hi,

I am Suneela Kodali going to Vibes Kukatpally Hyderabad center. I am taking Aroma Therapy, Hip tightening and abdomen tightening treatments.

I have to travel each way for 2hrs to go to Vibes. It’s very far from my house. From the last 3-4 times, I am taking appointments with vibes and after traveling that long and reaching.. I was told either the doctor or staff is not available. I was supposed to get hip tightening or Aroma therapy but ended up with vibrations and going back home.

On Sunday September 10th, the same thing happened. I called Front desk multiple times on Saturday to take appointment and no one picked up my call. I called again this morning for “Aroma Therapy” and I was asked

Today the same thing happened. I called Front desk multiple times yesterday to take appointment and no one picked up my call. I called again Sunday morning for “Aroma Therapy” and I was asked to come at 2pm, so I went at 2pm. Sunday also they just did Heating and I was told no one is available to do Aromatherapy and none of the staff is available .

I asked the person sitting in the front desk to give me the manager's phone# so that I can talk to them about the same. He informed me that he doesn’t have a manager's phone# and didn’t provide me with a phone#.

This is not working out for me. I would like to get my REFUND back. Please return my money back.
