Today I was travelling from Bareilly railway station and there is this new system of paid waiting room I was ok with it unless he charged me extra 1 hour for exceeding 15-20 minutes that my luggage was just kept there and there is no provision to just keep luggage.
If we are paying as a user for something we want the best quality if not best atleast it should be average. But its hygiene the most important thing is way below average and on complaining about it the staff started arguing that for we are charging extra so you are making an issue. It is my hard earned money I can waste it where ever I want but not to such theives in such a way, not even a single penny.
