I am travelling in 14212 Intercity. The Service person asked me to fill the feedback form as soon as the train started.
I don’t think we are supposed to fill it at bording station. It is supposed to be filled before departing.
Even the person was so rude to me when i said that i will fill it before departing not at boarding station.
