Vicebear.in — ordered a redmi note 7 pro and not yet received

I had ordered a redmi note7 pro through an online site vicebear.in in an offer on may 2nd 2020 and has not yet received the order. I truly believe this has been an online fraud. Many have complained similarly against the same. I kindly request to seriously look into the issue and refund the money back
