Victory Biz Solution — cheating with money

In 2015 i had gone to them they had their office in dadar.. They took 500rs first and 1500 next day and promised to give job in banks.. After they gt the momey they did not contact me even once and they also moved their office to andheri without notifying me.. Luckily i got hold of their office in andheri. There also they were jus fooling around with no jobs.. Finally i asked them to refund my money as it was more than 6 mnths now.. But no response from them still i havent got my money back..
