I have seen your add on mumbai mirror regarding airport jobs in kuwait so i visited to your consultancy i met Ms Sherly So she take my interview and then she told me to pay 200/- for online registration and if its selected then you have to pay 1500/- for gate pass and all so i agree because the mam told that after that you not to pay any single amount regarding this job so on that terms and condition i agree because if any error happens from our side they told me that whole amount will be refund to you so. after that they told me hat wait for 15 days will call you for further procedure and then they call me within a week for the medical check up call and they told me suddenly that you have to pay 6200/- for medical are telling that check up will be held in nerul shushrusha heart care centre so they give the appointment and in this very important they misplace my 1500/ paid reciept and they are arguing that we have give u the reciept and bla bla!!! but ms zoya has ensure me that you will not facing any problem because of that misplace reciept we will handle it we have that duplicate copy whitch we have handover to the client.

So i have a several doubts in my mind i hope you will help me to clear it asap

- Wheather this process is genuine.because i have read on the internet that this consultancy is fruadster and bla bla.

- How could you take the medical check up before HR Interview. from qatar. that will be on skype.

As I know that medical will held after candidate selected.

I dont have any problem to pay money my only concern is that my work has to be done perfectly. and they have not show me any hr related document whre its return that after medical hr round will be conducted or medical is mandatory before hr round.

Just Cordinate With your concern team and just ensure me or give me the confirmation that my work will be done perfectly and smoothly.

Yes, Victory Biz Solution Pvt Ltd is a fraud company. They are there just to loot innocent people who are in need of job and the worst thing is this that there are n number of fraud companies out there who are making money by giving false promise of job. I would only say that at the end of the day it is our responsibility to be smart and not get tricked by these loosers, please always google any company before you visit them for any interview, call them ask the procedure of interview and be alert if they ask any amount for interview registration, I guess there is no need for a genuine company to ask interview registration fee. Thanks to this forum that I got alerted and saved myself from loosing 30000 to these guys though I lost 1700 ( 200 + 1500 ).

I am from Ahmedabad.i have read your reviews regarding VICTORY BIZ SOLUTION PVT LTD.they took my documents in the name of airport ground staff vacancies with join amount 200 than 1500 for documents verification .the girl name was Mansi.and they told me if verification would be successful than I need to visit after 20 days.now I have received call from one female from MUMBAI airport asking about my qualifications, experience, weight, height and finally she told me to deposit 30000 RS bond to my interview place that is victory biz.but why they are taking this money in advance without any interview or any process.so please guide me.

Yes, it is a fraud placement. They just take money from the candidates and do not provide the job. The really should be behind bars. After taking the money they will never answer your phone calls nor will they respond to any of your text messages. You will have to visit their so called office in andheri to beg for your own money. They have my money since 7 months and still haven't given me refund even after filling the refund form. Sincere request to all, please do not fall in their trap. I have never seen bouncers[both ladies and gents] in a placement except this one. Why would you need bouncers in a job placement...???? if your are smart enough you'll get your answer! I would have rated zero stars...but there is no option. They all deserve to be behind the bars.

Not only this company, there are many such companies in mumbai who are fooling innocent public on the name of job consultancy for job seekers...my most humble request to All, don't get in to trap and pay anyone

I have paid them money in dadar they said they will offer job but I requested then to refund but they go on promising there is lady called akruti and deepa they go on changing their landline numbers and even the office in dadar is now closed they said they will refund but the receipt clearly mentioned they won't refund I gave 2500 and afterwards 100times I went there call charges etc we should get her and lodge complain against them

I was cheated by this company. I sent a complaint to police commissioner by email. I got my money back within 10 days. Those who want money back can send email complaint to commissioner of police at cp. [protected]@mahapolice.gov.in and joint commissioner of police, economic offences wing at jtcp. 1. Stage 1 : if this is your first day, they will ask you to pay rs.200/- in cash for registration. Please dont pay any money. Make any excuse like you have not brought enough money or you will pay them next day or any other excuse. Come out of the place and never go again. Go to some other good placement agency.

2. Stage 2 : if you have already paid rs.200/- they will call you after 2 days for verification of documents. They will tell you to pay rs.1500/-. Please dont pay any money. Make any excuse like you have not brought enough money or you will pay them next day or any other excuse. Come out of the place and never go again. Go to some other good placement agency. Consider that you have lost your rs.200/- paid earlier

3. Stage 3 : if you have already paid rs.200/- + rs.1500/-, they will tell you that you will get a call from the airport after 15-20 days. After 15-20 days, you will get a call and they will tell you that they are calling from the airport. And that you have been selected for the job you applied. They will tell you to pay 1 year bond money to the placement agency and contact the placement agency. One year bond money could be anything from rs.10, 000/- to rs.30, 000/- or more depending upon the post you applied for. Please dont pay any bond money. Make any excuse like you do not have enough money for the bond or you will pay them within few days or any other excuse. Come out of the place and never go again. Go to some other good placement agency. Consider you have lost your rs.200/-+rs.1500/-.

4. Stage 4 : if you have already paid rs.200/- + rs.1500/- + one year bond money, they will tell you to come within a few days for signing agreement. Insist on a copy of the agreement. They will not give copy of agreement, giving excuse like madam has not signed agreement or notary has not been done or some other excuse.

5. Stage 5 : if after you have signed agreement they may call you for interview 2-3 times in some hotel along with your documents. If you are rejected or you are convinced that they are not giving you a job and want your money back, go to their office, fill up a refund form. After filling the refund form you have to wait for 90 days. If they are not paying you your refund after 90 days of filling the refund form, then you may send a complaint with all your details to the police department at cp.[protected]@mahapolice.Gov.In and jtcp.[protected]@mahapolice.Gov.In

6. The police department will give you a call after 3-4 days of sending email complaint to record your statement. You will also have to go the the police headquarters at crawford market, mumbai for atleast 2-3 times to record your statement. Then the police department will take action against the company.

But they didn't giving me Agreement Copy and also didn't telling me next process of after Interview. So now I am so upset about that Placement Company.

I have given Rs. 200 registration fee I met Mr.Atul he said Jet airways and go air has launched up new scheme where-in u have to do medical at jet airways hospital which i have to do and there i have to pay Rs. 5, 000 medical fee if your medically fit then hr round from jet, go air will be done and if selected then will get appointment letter i will come on saturday i have told i dont know what has to be done. as i am confused.
