Claim amount approved by the Insurance company was less than bill presented by the hospital. Total bill given by hospital is Rs.2, 21, 192. But the Vidal Health approved only Rs.75, 440. I was expecting 80% of the Bill amount to be covered by the Insurance company. Kindly consider this complaint and process the remaining amount
