I am ex HCL employee- I did submitted the claim on Dec 2023.

4 months passed still haven't received the claim amount

Claim amount approved by the Insurance company was less than bill presented by the hospital. Total bill given by hospital is Rs.2, 21, 192. But the Vidal Health approved only Rs.75, 440. I was expecting 80% of the Bill amount to be covered by the Insurance company. Kindly consider this complaint and process the remaining amount...

I have gone through my surgery of gallbladder removal due to gallstone in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital . My total bill was 155000rs by Hospital.
I already submitted all original documents to the vidal health insurance company on 20th april they receivedmy documents. But, approval amount was only 75000rs . And they deducted the rest of the amount. But my total expenditure was 155000rs. Iam an employee of Coforge Ltd. Now when I talk to the call center of Vipul they are saying whatever amount is approved only that will be transferred. As a patient we are not like to claim anything and we don't want to ill . It is natural as we get ill. I am very disturbed with this when the vidal health insurance company is not approving my sum insured amount of rs 150000rs. I already expend 155000rs I am not asking the whole amount but they should approve my sum insured amount of rs 150000rs. Iam expecting that they will approve the amount 150000rs.
