I had submitted all the hard copy of documents for reimbursement claim amount in the month of July and despite of repeated mails and phone calls I am not getting any update from the company. I have also submitted short fall documents which they had asked for
I am a Super Senior Citizen and not getting any support from the company which is affecting my Mental health. Also, I have also not received the claim amount which was requested before 3 years. Being a loyal customer since so many years I would expect a resolution at the earliest.
