Vidal Healthcare Tpa — Very long pending claim and unprofessional behaviour

I had submitted reimbursement for my daughter on 3rd of March 2017 (which was received by the TPA Vidal health on 10th March).
In response, they inquired for some shortfall documents on 15th March which I had submitted within a week as requested on 20th March.
Since then, I had been following up with them about the status which they reply as under investigation.
It has been almost 2 months I have submitted the claim and it doesn’t seems to be moving forward.

The call center guys have no idea of the status, they simply reply saying it is under processing.
When I ask them about the end date, they reply saying end of current week (which has been the case since past 3 weeks).

Today, I have received another mail from them saying to submit the same shortfall document and also a mail saying they have received the shortfall document, which doesn’t make any sense.
When I asked over the call, they say they will check and confirm after 3-4 days why I got these absurd mails.

They don't even have a escalation point and the call center guys have no idea about the actual claim status, I have to explain every detail to them every time I call and they ask for 1 week time to check and get back, which they never do.
