Videocon Dishnet — service not provided

We have videocon dishnet connection but it is not working properly. We have topped on sunday 24.11.19 and we did not get activated till next day. But again on tuesday the service got disconnect and they say we send service person chargeable. Why should we pay for nothing at all. They have not activated and it is apparently visible we get connection and it says channel not available. This happens now and then. We are not satisfied with videocon.
