To Commissioner, MCD - North Ref: Illegal construction despite Hon’ble H.C/L.G. Direction Dear Sir, I Nirmal Gupta feel very disappointed and sad to write to your Hon’ble office again and again. I complained about the illegal construction at “Vidhyarti Uniform” 487/104 (Part), Near Ramlila Park, Peeragarhi, N.Delhi-87. Despite regular reminder to Hon’ble LG/ deputy commissioner/ your Office no concrete action has been taken to stop and violation of law. I reported about the above matter on 8/4/15, 17/4/15, 21/4/15 and 30/4/15. Regarding the above matter I receive letter dated 23/4/15 from Hon’ble LG office (U.O. No- 14(1)/RN/2015/132/A-1432) directed DC North to take necessary action on priority basis. After meeting with DC North (Mr. S.S. Gill) on 28/4/15 he immediately instructed EE (Bldg.) Mr. S.C. Meena to take immediate action on priority basis. Mr. S.C. Meena said above property has been issued a stop-work notice, we immediately pointed out with the photographic evidence that the work is still going-on and requested him to stop-work. Mr. Meena said “Let them construct, action can be taken afterward also. If you are not satisfied, you are free to contact my superior”. On 30/4/15, letter to DC North. I pointed out; he is intentionally allowing the illegal construction regardless all these complaints/ LG order/ Court order. Sir, this is the clear example of corruption. I informed your good office and Hon’ble LG office regarding above. But, unfortunately no action has been taken. On 3/5/15 my worst fear has became reality. The entire second floor of said illegal building has been built. I immediately informed on 3/5/15 to MCD Central Control Room (Comp. No. 752), MCD Rohini Zonal Control Room (Comp. No. 270) and Police Control Room that illegal construction is going on but nobody took any action. Dear Sir, it is very regretful to remind your good office if the direction from the highest office of Delhi can be disobeyed, you can imagine the deep roots of corruption and nexus. The corrupt officials (Mr. S.C. Meena) of MCD pretend to take action within the file. But, infact just to practice his evil deeds he ignore Hon’ble High Court order and Hon’ble LG direction. So, once again I request you to take firm action against violator of law and punish corrupt officer (Mr. S.C. Meena) who tarnish the image of public office. For your kind attention I am enclosing photographic evidence of illegal construction of 2 floors, which has been built in 25 days due to the nexus of MCD Officer despite constant reminder/LG Order/Hon’ble High Court Order. You are requested to take action under sec 345(A) of DMC act to stop repeated further violation of court order and law and punish the guilty according to the law. Thanking You Nirmal Gupta
