Vidyamandir Classes Dwarka — Refund for Session from VIDYAMANDIR COACHING INSTITUTE

My daughter enrolled for VIDYAMANDIR classes in Dwarka branch and because she was unable to attend the session firstly due to lockdown and then due to health issues we requested for a refund of at least INR 16, 284 which was deposited as a PDC on 10 JUL 2020. We have been following with Vidya Mandir Dwarka regularly since then but with no success. Kindly help.
