Greetings of the day!!

With due respect I am writing this to you in connection with my issue relating to refund of fees. I want to bring to your kind attention...

Fees already submitted but even after due date classes not started
rude behaviour by management ( Abhishek diwedi )
of rdc ghaziabad branch UP...

There are many students who are getting sick or suffering from hallucinations and dehydration because of this burning heat. Every institute has given 10-15 days break because of this burning heat in Delhi but vidyamandir classes(vmc) is not giving Holidays or break at all. Even in this burning heat in Delhi, we students have to go daily. They are calling us 6 days a week. The temperature is rising constantly but still they are not willing...

1. We enrolled our daughter to 10th class NCERT syllabus classes (Roll No 09P[protected] at VMC centre, sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi.
2. After her joining, her performance in school exams kept deteriorating. In fact, she barely managed to pass her exams.
3. On enquiring her, she told us that she is made to sit in Engineering class batches to which she was not mentally prepared.
4. On inquiry to the management staff, they said they are starting a batch for NCERT syllabus. When we asked them why they are starting the batch after 03-04months for which we enrolled our daughter, they didn't have any satisfactory answer.
5. Because of their unprofessional behaviour and wrongdoing, my daughter lost her self-confidence and was really under unwanted stress. We, as parent, were really worried.
6. We lost our trust on the institute and told them we didn't want to continue for another 6 months, for which the fees was already paid in advance, they said they don't have any refund policy.
7. Our decision not to continue with VMC was because of their wrongdoing and negligence. In spite of repeated calls and face-to-face meeting their response was ignorant.
8. They need to be made responsible for their negligence and unprofessional behaviour. Beacuse of them, our teenaged daughter went through emotional and mental trauma.
9. We request refund of our complete money and compensation for causing mental trauma, stress to school going child and putting her future prospects in uncertain.

I expected a responsible and reputed organization like VMC to be more prompt and concerned for issues and grievances related to their customers. It would be worthwhile to mention that such incidences of cheating must be stopped at Rudrapur centre, otherwise it would be a big loss to VMC reputation and brand name in the long run. Otherwise more people would be trapped by them.It is well understood that as of now my feedback about VMC Rudrapur to anybody who visits us, is not good. In case my matter is not addressed to satisfaction, this feedback may also go to the media, as I don't want other innocent parents to fall in trap of such cheaters. I came to know that I have been cheated within one day of the date of submission of fee (13th April 2023) that is why I requested full fee refund on 14th April 2023. But I was again trapped in words and commitments which were never fulfilled. I have already mentioned all the details in my complaint email. It is once again requested to Aman Sir and other top responsible management staff of VMC, to kindly look into my grievances on priority basis. I still trust VMC and expect that my request for refund would be processed and appropriate action shall be taken on VMC Rudrapur Centre .

This is the reason I got my daughter admitted at VMC Rudrapur, Uttarakhand on 13.04.2023 in the two years course for JEE.We reside about 20 Km away from VMC Rudrapur at GB Pant University Campus at Pantnagar and at the time of admission we were told and promised the following:1. That there are about 5-6 students from Pantnagar who attend VMC coaching from Pantnagar by a bus, so there is no problem of transport and my daughter can join other students to attend the classes in the vehicle arranged by VMC.2. That there are morning batches for dummy school students (10:00 am to 2:00 pm) Considering these points and the already existing impression of VMC in our mind, we did not even go to any other coaching classes for any enquiry. As the feasibility of sending my daughter safely, to about 20 km, every day was my first priority, the fee was deposited vide receipt No. VMC2023UK00000042 with Rs 34258 as first installment.The very next day I found that I was cheated by the Director as well as staff of VMC Rudrapur. Vehicle came to pick up my daughter and it was just a taxi and not a bus. There was not even a single student from Pantnagar and my daughter was asked to travel alone for 20 km with an unknown driver in a taxi. and there were no morning classes and batch was scheduled from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Therefore, during return journey, my daughter was again supposed to be alone in the taxi, which was quite unsafe in late evening hours on a track, a stretch of which was lonely and a stretch of which has no phone signals as well.I therefore wrote a message, that 1. The VMC centre in Jammu is very far from my home.And the school in which I am studying is not providing dummy admission. So, I am not able to attend the class properly. It takes atleast 2 hour to reach my home and get no time for studies. And another reason is that the person who had taken fee had said that they will teach and cover nda syllabus but the teachers are preparing students for jee entrance exam. Therefore I request you to refund my money. As I had taken admission recently i.e three or four day before.I will be very thankful to you.

VMC Rudrapur’s Fault
1. Providing wrong and misleading information to lure students to the center
2. Playing with safety and security of the students
3. Misleading parents about timings of the center and about the number of currently registered students attending the course from Pantnagar
4. Delaying and postponing the commitments
5. Wasting student’s time, money and resources

Request from VMC Centre
The name and reputation of VMC, which is such a wonderful organization, is being tarnished by the mismanaged VMC Center of Rudrapur. We were forced to leave and quit due to the unprofessional attitude and unfulfillment of commitments by the VMC Rudrapur. Took admission for my son for vmc online (11, 12TH). I paid fees for one yr. and within two days i wrote email to cancel admission due to some reason- family relocation.
my son had not attended any classes.
vmc is refusing for fees refund.
Refund policy was not properly explained to us and apart from Refund policy vmc has some ethics. zero refund is not acceptable.

I would like to inform you that I am withdrawing my admission from VMC Noida Sector 4 institute because of the treatment given to students by Mr. Ashiv Narula Chemistry Faculty of your institute. Our experience with VMC has been nothing close to as good as it advertises it'll be. The faculty is not upto the standard of the brand name. His standard of teaching itself is average, but his conduct with the students is more concerning and hence...

I got enrolled my kid for off line classes during 2020-22 session but due to covid the classes were converted to online. During the tenure they insisted us to come at the Safdarjung center Delhi personally to collects study material on quarterly basis. We have requested to send it through courier on our registered mail address but got a reply that it cost us and not authorized to send it through courier.

Hi, I am kartik from panipat and I take addmission in VMC panipat on 30 July 2022. I totally attend 10-12 lectures of my batch. After attending the lectures, my opinion about VMC faculty and doubt solving has changed (for panipat VMC). I have already submitted my fees of ₹10000 to VMC. But now, I don't want to stay in it. I was not happy within the three days of attending the lectures. I have many doubts in my work but when I put my doubts to my teacher. First, he ignored me and then told me to cram concepts. Day by Day my doubts got collected but there was no one to solve them and I became a dull student of my batch. At the time of admission, they also told me that they are going to start an extra class for me and some students also but there is not a single extra class yet. There are so many problems. Finally, I decided to quit VMC after many discussions with my parents. So I want my fees to be refunded. Please solve my problem. Waiting for your response...

I paid the registration fee for the NAT admission Test and I cant submit the registration form, please resolve it asap

I had fillen the nat registration form on 5 june 2022 at the vidyamandir official website. When I pay the amount. It shiws that transaction is failed but I got a notification that my monry is debited and paid to vidyamandir classes. I call to the vidyamandir headquarter but they didn't help me. Hi, I am Adarsh Raj. I took admission in VMC CUCET online course on the 1st March 2022. The classes started on zoom app on 5th March 2022. I missed my first class because they did not provide me enough information to join the class. They send me the class schedule of March. Which shows that they are taking classes only on 7 days in entire month of March. There is no recorded lectures and classes schedule in LMS, as they had promised. After watching on their website that you can get refund. I called their staff for refund. But they told me that my course fee is not refundable. So I humbly request you to look into this matter.

My ward Akshat Gyanendra Khare has taken admission in Vidyamandir classes Bokaro centre on 8.6.2021 in 2 years classroom course. His Registration No was 10 P23004283 and fee paid was Rs 35358/. Breakup details Recpt No VMC2021 JH00000088. for Rs 23598 including taxes plus Rs 11799 towards admission..He was not ably to join due to technical reasons at Vidyamandir Bokaro as his enrollment was wrongly done at Asansol centre. Later it was decided to discontinue the classes as ward has also expressed his inability to continue the classes along with normal schooling. Repeated Request made and followup being done but no refund granted till time.

Myself Alankar Gupta F/O Nitya Gupta Reg no 10P22001243 of VMC classes student of Class XII.VMC is charging fee from my ward for offline classes whereas classes are being conducted online. Not even a single offline class has been conducted by VMC. Till june 2021 I paid INR 171288.00 as fees for two year course. Now they called me for remaining fee, then I requested them to convert this course in online mode, Fee of online classes is much lower than what I am paying .I have paid more than double of online classes. But VMC people just stop all the links of classes from very next day, Is this justified? Is corona penidemic is only for VMC, not for parents or students ? This is a clear example of cheating and GUNDAGARDI of VMC. I request VMC to refund money to me immediately or convert the course in online mode.
